Covenant’s Chattanooga BUILD Campaign Dinner a Resounding Success
Over 400 of Covenant’s alumni, faculty, staff, students and friends gathered at The Chattanoogan on February 26th for a BUILD campaign dinner. In attendance were some longtime friends of Covenant, as well as around 75 people who were just being introduced to the College. Alumni-owned businesses provided the floral arrangements and table gifts, and a Covenant student band, Third Lobby, provided live music. After dinner, the crowd heard from Covenant’s 2007 Alumnus of the Year T. March Bell ‘78, President Niel Nielson, Campaign Chair Joel Belz ‘62, and Marc Erickson ‘92. Our fundraising goal for the evening was $100,000. God blessed the College unimaginably with over $250,000 pledged toward the campaign.
